What You’ll Do: As a full-time therapist, you’ll bring your skills and heart to work with an amazing group of children and adolescents facing developmental, emotional, and behavioral challenges. Assessment & Evaluation: Dive deep into understanding each child’s unique needs with comprehensive assessments.
Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Design individualized treatment plans that make a real impact—no two days will ever be the same!
Provide Innovative Therapy: Whether it’s one-on-one, group, or family sessions, you’ll use the latest techniques like CBT, play therapy, and more to bring out the best in every child.

Requirements:
Licensure:
- Licensed by the State of Wyoming as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), MSW, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
Experience:
- Experience preferred but not required of working with special needs youth in a therapeutic setting.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing treatment plans for children with developmental, emotional, and behavioral challenges
Skills:
- Strong diagnostic and clinical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of special needs youth and their families.
Must be able to pass background checks, TB assessment, and driving check.
Must have or have ability to quickly obtain license or certification to provide services in Wyoming.
