Duties

- Collaborate with healthcare providers, social workers, and community resources to ensure holistic patient support.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed based on ongoing assessments.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding mental health conditions and treatment options.
- Document all interactions and maintain accurate records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Participate in case reviews and team meetings to discuss patient progress and share insights.
Skills
- Strong understanding of mental health principles, including acute care, managed care, and addiction counseling.
- Experience working in inpatient settings or Level I Trauma Centers is preferred.
- Proficient in patient assessment techniques and developing effective treatment plans.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
