We’re seeking a licensed clinician to join our team for our Mount Holly location, helping individuals achieve their mental health and lifestyle goals in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of mental health and substance use conditions to understand each client’s unique needs.
- Develop personalized treatment plans and therapeutic interventions to enhance client well-being.
- Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions both in-person and via telemedicine, creating a safe space for client growth.
- Keep thorough, up-to-date documentation of client progress and treatment plans, maintaining compliance with all standards.
- Provide clients with practical strategies for stress reduction, resilience, and other essential aspects of mental health.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Active New Jersey licensure (LSW, LAC).
- Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect effectively with diverse clients.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
