TYPE: Part-Time (4-5 days per week)
DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a Part-Time Client Success Specialist to work with 1 of our Financial Advisors out of our office in Stamford, CT. Our ideal candidate will be organized, detail oriented and looking for an opportunity to thrive in a high-paced environment. We are growing and looking for a team-oriented individual to join our flourishing financial services group within a larger organization.

Expectations/administrative Functions:
- Timely processing of service requests, investment transfers, and new business
- Maintain business spreadsheet and update status of requests while seeing tasks through to completion
- Regularly communicate progress of all requests to financial professional and clients
- Act as client liaison: answer phone calls & emails in a timely, ethical, pleasant, and professional manner
- Maintain client databases and ensure appropriate filing and storing of client files/information
- Reach out to clients via phone or email to schedule reviews/meetings to help maintain proactive contact
- Assist with meeting preparation and completion of applications and forms
- Interact and collaborate with members of the team, other financial professionals, and company employees respectfully and professionally
Ideal candidate will be:
- Takes initiative, able to manage multiple tasks, and communicate progress or setbacks to others
- An attentive individual with excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Computer savvy and experienced with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Familiarity with Microsoft Access preferred.
- Familiar with CRM databases such as salesforce or similar
- Willing to learn and implement new technology and office procedures as available and help identify/suggest process improvements
