WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IN THIS ROLE
The Financial Analyst will support the Finance Manager in preparing monthly business review presentations, annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting and KPI reporting as well as ad-hoc analysis. This person will develop, organize, and implement assigned Finance activities to support business strategies and be a subject-matter expert to support the Procurement team.
JOB DUTIES:
- Creating processes and methods to track cost saving initiatives
- Preparing inventory reports and performing inventory analysis
- Tracking KPIs and preparing financial reports
- Support RFP process for major contracting efforts
- Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and monthly close processes.
- Articulation of variance drivers against budget, prior year, and/or prior forecast; identify risks and opportunities
- Partner with functional leaders to drive quantitative recommendations and cost savings
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information.
- Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics or related field.
- 1-3 years’ experience in finance/accounting
Preferred Qualifications:
- Agriculture or CPG experience a plus
- Relevant certifications (e.g. CFA/CPA) is a plus
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Work is performed primarily in a standard office environment with frequent interruptions.
- Ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time; to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist.
- Lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight up to 50 lbs.
- Operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard.
HOURS & WORKDAYS:
1st Shift – 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Weekends, and Holidays may be mandatory based on business needs. Rotating workday/time off schedules may be mandatory depending on department/business needs as well.
