We are seeking a skilled and licensed Plumber to ensure the maintenance and functionality of water, heating, and plumbing systems within County facilities. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair plumbing systems, including water, heating, and waste management
- Install hot and cold water, oil, steam, air, wastewater, or gas pipes and make necessary connections
- Execute installations of water service piping, including the wiping and testing of joints
- Work with a variety of pipe materials such as PVC, copper, black iron, and galvanized steel
- Ensure compliance with regulations set forth by the State of Delaware and New Castle County licensing boards
- Licensed plumber with journeyman-level expertise
- Proficient in the installation and repair of diverse plumbing systems
- Knowledge of various pipe materials and their applications
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving capabilities
- Valid plumber’s license required
- Proven experience in plumbing at the journeyman level
