New Castle Health & Rehab Center - We are seeking a skilled Housekeeping/Laundry Supervisor to join our team.

This position is responsible for providing a clean, well-maintained, and homelike environment through directing the overall operations of the department. The successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively with staff, residents, and families while maintaining established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration and Housekeeping and Laundry Policies and Procedures.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate good interpersonal skills and attention to detail. Previous experience in long-term care is preferred but not required.
