CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE: LIBRARY WORKER II -- CIRCULATION DEPARTMENT (PART-TIME)
20 hours per week, including at least 1 evening per week and alternating Saturdays.
Entry $10.05 per hour. Promoted employees receive their current rate plus $0.25 or the current start rate, whichever is greater. Includes vacation and sick leave for the employee only. The individual reports to the Circulation Manager.
Duties: All duties associated with the loan and return of library materials. Creating, updating and maintaining patron records, answering routine inquiries or directing inquiry to reference desk, assisting with patron use of public computers. Assists with all processes associated with customer accounts. Assist in training new employees, monitoring overdue accounts and collection efforts.
Education & Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent, FBI background and Child Abuse Clearances before employment.
