As an Administrative Assistant (Post-Closing Specialist), you’ll play a vital role in processing and finalizing transactions. Your responsibilities will include handling and disbursing files, scanning and sending loan documents, processing payoffs and deeds, managing e-returns and 1099 maintenance, as well as tracking and balancing files. Additionally, you’ll oversee daily deposits, audit stale-dated checks, and maintain account balances.
Applicants must possess a high attention to detail, the ability to multitask, superior phone and customer service skills, and advanced computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Previous loan processing, title or real estate experience is a plus, but not required.
