Crushing Operator (Jaw or Impact)

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Operator to join our team in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various heavy machinery and equipment on construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires a strong understanding of equipment operation, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with other team members to achieve project goals.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy machinery including bulldozers, graders, loaders, and dump trucks to perform various construction tasks.
• Execute paving operations and assist in the horizontal drilling process as needed.
• Perform digging and excavation tasks while adhering to safety protocols.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate job site activities and workflows.
• Follow all safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.

Skills

• Proficient in operating bulldozers, graders, loaders, and dump trucks.
• Experience with paving techniques and horizontal drilling operations is a plus.
• Strong understanding of construction site protocols and safety measures.
• Ability to perform routine maintenance on heavy machinery.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and physical environments.
• Jaw Crushing and Impact Crushing Experience Is a MUST.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift
• Overtime
• Weekends as needed
