What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assisted Living Aide position at New Challenges, Inc.?
New Challenges, Inc. provides services to adults with disabilities, mental health diagnoses and brain injuries in residential settings in the west and south metro area. NCI is currently hiring for a Full Time Assisted Living Aide at one of our 10 person sites located in Hastings, MN.
Available shift is Monday through Friday with an every other weekend totaling 40hours a week. Must have an availability to work flexible shifts between 10am-6pm, 12pm-8pm and 2pm-10pm.
Duties include but are not limited to;
- ADL'S
- Medication administration
- Transportation
- Documentation
- Meal Prep
- Activities
All applicants must have a valid driver's license, have a high school diploma, a vehicle to use while on duty, pass standards for driving history and meet criteria for a DHS background study.
Experienced applicants as a nursing assistant (CNA), personal care attendant (PCA) or home health aide (HHA) are encouraged to submit resumes.
