ROLE OVERVIEW: Manage base business initiatives, commercial innovations and new product introductions from an operations delivery perspective. Manage, monitor, and report on international packaging efforts.
MAJOR ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Manage all product initiatives and launches while collaborating with the Marketing and Sales teams.
- Create/Update/Maintain Critical Path Schedules (CPS’s) for all projects
- Communicate schedules and timelines for all projects.
- Establish timelines, tasks and responsibilities for and from Innovation, Operations and Supply Chain.
- Communicate and document all projects.
- Implement and manage changes when necessary to meet project deliverables.
- Evaluate and assess the result of the project
- Other special project support as needed.
KEY COMPETENCIES:
- Operate independently requiring limited supervision and exercise proper judgment.
- Familiarity with product specifications and incoming inspection procedures.
- Working knowledge of GMPs.
- Very strong project management software skills.

EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION and CREDENTIALS:
- BS in Business or minimum 5 years’ experience in project management, material planning or external supply.
- PMP certification, preferred.
JOB LOCATION: Within travel distance to Brattleboro, Vermont, in a hybrid work environment with at least 2 days per week in office.
