Schedule: Full time, 2nd shift opportunity. Monday - Friday 2:00pm - 10:30pm
ROLE PURPOSE: To perform a variety of quality control procedures to ensure compliance with quality and reliability standards.
MAJOR ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Ensures QA specifications are met by vendors of components and finished goods received.
- Performs Acceptable Quality Level (A.Q.L.) inspections on all products received in the distribution center to ensure conformance to New Chapter specifications. Investigates for any non-conformity found.
- Maintains paperwork and a daily log on incoming inspections and input inspections.
- Collects retain samples from each lot of product after regular A.Q.L. Inspections.
- Responsible for maintaining a log and packing retain samples into boxes.
- Performs sampling of components and sends samples for testing.
- Conducts line clearance inspection and AQL inspections in Production.
- Review and determined disposition of NCI batch records and packaged products.

EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION and CREDENTIALS:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 years of Quality experience preferred.
- Experience in the personal care and/or nutritional industries preferred.
