We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our customers while driving sales through effective communication and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and possess a strong ability to analyze customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.
**Responsibilities:**
- Process and confirm customer orders.
- Coordinate with customers, production departments, and suppliers to ensure smooth order production.
- Liaise between customers and shipping departments to ensure timely order delivery.
- Handle post-sales customer service and support.
**Requirements:**
- Fluent in English and Chinese with strong communication skills.
- Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Diligent, proactive, reliable, and responsible work ethic.
- Pleasant personality and team-oriented attitude.
**Working Hours:**
- **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch break included).
