Compensation
- The position is a stipend position for each semester, not eligible for benefits (OPS)
Introduction:
- Daily practice plans
Innovative statistical analysis
Building a championship culture for the program.
Creating / Coaching a full slate of college games in Florida.
Lead player mentorship will work with the student-athletes and lead a mentorship program that will help our students.

The person may need to work flexible hours. Weekends may be necessary depending on our game schedule. You will work with the college staff and work with the Athletic Director to create an innovative, competitive environment for the players.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
Salary: $5-7K / semester
