Description
Committed coach who is willing to do what it takes to build a Varsity Reserve/JV (VR) program in partnership with the Head Women’s Indoor Volleyball Coach and Director of Athletics.
You will work with the Head Women’s Volleyball Coach to implement a vision for the Varsity Reserve Team
Examples of Duties
Creating / Coaching a full slate of college games in Florida for VR team
Assisting in building a championship culture for the indoor volleyball program
Daily VR practice plans
Innovative statistical analysis to measure development of VR players
Practice and game planning execution
Creating game schedules for VR team and assisting Varsity Team
Recruitment of graduate assistant coaches who line up with our program core values
Attracting and retaining student-athletes who line up with our rigorous academic standards
Work with the HC and AD to achieve a culture of transparency, where failing forward is encouraged. Lead player mentorship, will work with the student-athletes and lead a mentorship program that will help our students take the next step in their maturity in all areas
Minimum Qualifications
Associate or Bachelors
Preferred Qualifications
3 years of coaching at club, high school, and/or college level
