Position 1:
Must be a New College of Florida student, and qualify for student financial aid (FEDSTA)

Position 1:
- Reorganizing the Vendor File by fiscal year – certificate of insurance, attestations
- Scanning documents
- Digital file organization
- Customer service – interact with visitors and answer general questions
- General office work and research projects
- Other duties as assigned
- Data Analytics -Assist with the development and integration of Power BI in Procurement
- Learn to work with Power BI
- Assist with converting Procurement spend from ARGOS to Power BI dashboards
- Develop data visualizations, analysis and reports
- Work independently to figure out how to create dashboards, queries, using resources for Power BI
- Other duties as assigned
