What are the responsibilities and job description for the Professor, Classics position at New College of Florida?
Examples of Duties: The position will start in August 2025, and the successful candidate is expected to be able to contribute to course offerings that range from introductory to advanced. In addition to two courses per semester, the candidate will teach students in small group situations and include supervising undergraduate research and honors theses, and sponsoring student-centered tutorials. Undergraduate research has a central role in the curriculum, and a senior thesis is required of all students.
