We are seeking a dedicated Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our Ventures Community Support Services Program. As a DSP, you will work closely with adults with intellectual disabilities, providing support and encouragement as they engage with their community and participate in various events and activities.

Schedule: Part-time day position with guaranteed 16.5 hours/week working Tuesday 8am-12pm, Wednesday 8am-4:30pm, Friday 8am-12pm. Hourly pay is between $14.75-$15.50/hour, depending on certifications.

- A high school diploma/GED
- 18 years of age or over
- Active driver's license
- Experience in direct care, preferred, but not required. Willing to train
- Must be able to communicate effectively with residents and coworkers whose primary language is English
