The ideal candidate must be well organized, a motivated self starter who can work independently, and has experience managing others. This candidate must have group home/residential experience.
- Preview, oversee and participate in resident Individualized Service Plans (ISP’s).
- Assist in the oversight of residential staff needs.
- Provide assistance and support to Group home managers to resolve coverage and related staffing issues.
- Ensure compliance with NCFL policy and various federal, state, and local requirements.
- Communicate any and all concerns regarding homes or staff to Director in a timely manner.
- Serve as a liaison between managers and other departments to ensure effective communication.
- Oversight of Group home schedules to assure effective coverage and reduce overtime.
- Remain up-to-date on Division Licensing and Circular requirements and assist with, or initiate activities to ensure proper compliance.
- Provide on-call support as scheduled or requested.
- Starting salary 100k , commensurate with experience.
