MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH INDIVIDUAL WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES
Shifts available are:
Mornings: Saturdays 9am to 3pm, Sundays 9am to 3pm
Afternoons: Saturdays 3pm to 11pm, Sundays 3pm to 11pm
Awake overnight: Fridays 11pm to 9am, Saturdays 11pm to 9am
Pay: $27.00/hr
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS:
- Assist developmentally disabled residents with daily living skills.
- Cleaning and maintenance of community residence.
- Assist in dispensing resident medications.
- Provide input on all residents’ care and abilities.
- Perform any additional tasks that are in the best interests of the residents.
- Document all required activity notes according to NCFL policy and Medicaid guidelines.
- Assist with behavioral programs in ensuring established for residents are adhered to.
- Transport residents to Day Program, medical appointments, and outdoor activities.
- This position is part-time only, and on Weekends only.
- This position does not involve, nor does it qualify for overtime.
- “Weekend” for purposes of this PT position is any shift between the hours of 11PM Friday through 11PM Sunday.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One year’s experience supporting individuals with Developmental Disabilities or related field and credits toward college degree preferred
