Role
We are in search of a dynamic leader prepared to lead a committed sales team in the successful movement of over 200 homes outlined in our 2025 projected pipeline. We require a seasoned leader capable of delivering exceptional customer service to our homebuyers while strategically positioning our team for sustained success.
We are currently seeking a Vice President of Sales & Marketing to drive profitable revenue growth by establishing brand awareness, predicting market trends, and effectively converting leads into buyers. Our goal is to ensure a world-class buyer experience, starting from the initial opportunity and extending throughout the entirety of the relationship.

Salary: Range between $150,000 and $225,000 with bonus potential
Compensation for this position will be commensurate based on experience but competitively structured, and total compensation will be in the mid-$200s to low $300s.
Job Responsibilities
Leadership and Management:
Build and lead a high-performing sales team to facilitate the disposition of our construction deliveries.
Define target sales goals and ensure team accountability by monitoring key performance indicators.
Master product knowledge and advocate for LEED Gold (or higher) education among both our buyers and internal staff.
Establish a comprehensive training program for all sales associates, setting a leadership example to drive the team forward.
Oversee HubSpot to track all sales activities, utilizing various sales and marketing channels such as phone, video messaging, videoconferencing, email, and in-person visits.
Oversee Showings, Negotiations, and Closings.
Travel within our designated territory in the Denver-metro area with occasional travel to our locations in state but outside of the Denver metro market.
Coordinate internal coverage for showings, negotiate contracts with brokers/buyers, and monitor property conditions for exceptional storefront presence.
Facilitate homeowner orientation walkthroughs and buyer surveys.
Facilitate client communications, updates, marketing, ensuring ongoing support to expedite sales.
Represent the company through active participation in trade shows, conventions, and engagement with industry trade groups.
Skills & Experience Required:
Experience in Sales role (or equivalent), demonstrating a track record of consistently achieving sales targets.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience; MBA or advanced training is a plus.
Advanced working knowledge of the Denver real estate market.
Experience in lead generation and marketing within the real estate sales domain.
Demonstrated customer-service orientation and leadership, with the ability to independently handle negotiations.
Capacity to work independently with a strong work ethic, showcasing decisiveness, good judgment, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential for networking and interactions with a diverse range of individuals both inside and outside the organization.
Assertiveness, persuasiveness, and a service-oriented approach, coupled with a commitment to integrity and credibility.
Adaptability and a willingness to embrace new processes, technology, concepts, and ideas.
Proficiency or a quick learner in HubSpot (CRM), social media, and MS Office365 applications.
Candidates must be open to relocating to the Denver Metro Area upon employment if needed.
