Our Agronomy Territory Manager will be responsible for managing a territory of customers and providing them with exceptional service and sales support.
About the Role
This position requires a strong understanding of agronomy operations and the ability to manage a territory of customers.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of an associate's degree or equivalent experience in agronomy and strong negotiation skills.
A certified Crop Advisor certification is preferred, but not required.
Key responsibilities include managing a territory of customers, presenting them with agronomy services and products that meet their specific needs, and providing unmatched customer service before, during, and after the sale.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage a territory of customers.
- Present customers with agronomy services and products that meet their specific needs.
- Provide unmatched customer service before, during, and after the sale.
- Identify potential customers and build relationships with prospects.
- Work to achieve personal, regional, and company-wide sales goals.
You will also be responsible for resolving customer disputes in a timely manner and escalating issues when necessary.
In addition, you will assist in creating SOILMAP recommendations, yield mapping, and NRCS nutrient management plans.
