We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Custom Application Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying customized solutions to protect crops from pests and diseases.
About the Role:
This position requires a strong understanding of crop protection principles and a commitment to safety. The ideal candidate will have a Class A CDL with tanker and HazMat endorsements, as well as a Commercial Applicator's License. They must also be able to pass a D.O.T. physical every 2 years.
Main Responsibilities:
- Apply customized solutions to protect crops from pests and diseases
- Assist in loading and unloading of vehicles based on work orders
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Perform routine maintenance tasks as required
Requirements:
- Must be licensed and insurable to drive
- High school diploma or GED with 1-3 months of related experience
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and operating instructions
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
