Our Ideal Candidate
We are looking for an experienced Site Operations Manager who has a deep understanding of the agribusiness industry, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in grain and/or agronomy operations. The ideal candidate will be licensed and insurable to drive, holding a Class A CDL (Commercial Driver's License) with HazMat endorsement and pesticide handler's license.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and facilitate location group and individual meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members.
- Direct the education and development of the location team through classes and coaching, focusing on skills such as safety protocols, inventory management, and customer service.
- Collaborate with dispatchers and area managers to execute an organized logistics plan daily, ensuring timely delivery of products and services to customers.
The successful candidate will possess strong interpersonal communication skills, enabling them to interact effectively with varying personalities, roles, circumstances, and emotional statuses of teammates, customers, and contractors.
