Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and facilitate location group and individual meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members.
- Direct the education and development of the location team through classes and coaching, focusing on skills such as safety protocols, inventory management, and customer service.
- Collaborate with dispatchers and area managers to execute an organized logistics plan daily, ensuring timely delivery of products and services to customers.
In addition to these key responsibilities, the successful candidate will possess strong interpersonal communication skills, enabling them to interact effectively with varying personalities, roles, circumstances, and emotional statuses of teammates, customers, and contractors. They must also be able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
