Responsibilities
-
Minor maintenance including light electrical, plumbing, janitorial, painting, some carpentry and grounds work

Maintain a clean and a safe work space

Perform other duties, as assigned
Qualifications

A driver’s license and clean driving record is required

Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment

Deadline and detail-oriented

Ability to handle physical workload
