What are the responsibilities and job description for the Community Outreach Specialist position at New Creation Jiu Jitsu Academy?
New Creation Jiu-Jitsu is a Christ-centered martial arts academy focused on building confidence, community, and character. We offer classes for kids, adults, and families—and we’re growing! We’re looking for a dedicated, people-loving, detail-oriented team member to help us manage daily operations and support our outreach and enrollment efforts.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and check in students and families
- Manage phone calls, emails, and front-desk operations
- Organize schedules, track attendance, and handle basic data entry
- Follow up with leads and guide them into membership
- Assist with marketing efforts and help promote events
- Support our coaches and help create a smooth student experience
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized and comfortable with admin tasks (Excel, email, scheduling)
- Reliable, motivated, and aligned with our values
- Enjoys working with kids and families
- Bonus: Interest in martial arts or fitness
Compensation:
Hourly pay (based on experience) bonuses based on performance and growth.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.85 - $23.64 per hour
Expected hours: 6 – 12 per week
