Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in coaching, and Muay Thai experience.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct engaging and educational classes or sessions in the specified activity areas.
- Instruct participants on proper techniques, rules, and safety procedures.
- Create a positive learning environment for all participants.
- Develop lesson plans and activities that cater to different skill levels.
- Provide feedback and encouragement to help participants improve their skills.
- Ensure the safety of all participants during classes or sessions.
- Ensure that the culture of the Martial Art is up help to standards of academy.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sports coaching, Muay Thai.
- Ability to effectively educate and engage participants of various ages.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly and able to adapt
