Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. The Early Childhood Teacher will collaborate with parents and staff to support each child's learning journey.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
- Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and learning.
- Utilize various teaching methods, including Montessori principles, to accommodate diverse learning styles.
- Monitor and assess student progress through standardized testing and early intervention strategies.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child’s development and classroom activities.
- Manage classroom behavior through effective classroom management techniques.
- Collaborate with special education professionals to support children with diverse needs.
- Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment conducive to learning.
Experience
- Proven experience working with preschool-aged students in an educational setting.
- Familiarity with curriculum development tailored for early childhood education.
- Experience in early intervention practices is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of standardized testing procedures for young learners is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Background in special education or related fields is advantageous.
- A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.

Pay: $10.00 - $12.50 per hour
