Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Director located in Ankeny, IA. The Site Director will oversee daily operations of the child care center, ensuring compliance with state regulations and company policies. Responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring educational standards are being met, maintaining a safe and engaging environment for children, and facilitating effective communication with parents. The role also involves administrative tasks such as scheduling, budgeting, and record-keeping.
Qualifications
- Experience in child care management or early childhood education
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to ensure compliance with state child care regulations and company policies
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as scheduling, budgeting, and record-keeping
- Associates Degree in early childhood (Bachelors degree preferred).
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus
