The Role: Dual Impact
As our Hybrid Operations Manager/Lead Technician, you'll split your time between:
- Operations Management (70%): Lead daily operations, ensure quality control, develop systems, and drive team performance
- Lead Technician (30%): Handle complex commercial restorations, train technicians, and maintain our technical excellence

- Base Salary: $65,000-75,000
- Performance Bonuses: 6-Month bonus based on first-half profit margin achievement, Annual Team Performance Bonus based on technician retention and productivity, and Annual Revenue Bonus based on total annual revenue targets
- First-Year Earnings Potential: $95,000-105,000 based on performance
- Long-Term Growth: Bonus structure increases with business growth in years 2
- Profit-Sharing Opportunity: After 12 months of proven performance, eligibility for 5-10% of net profit above established baseline, distributed quarterly
