We are hiring for the following positions:
Branch Manager - Ft. Indiantown Gap - Annville, PA
Branch Manager - Harrisburg, PA

We are seeking a Branch Manager for our Ft. Indiantown Gap Branch location in Annville, PA and for our Harrisburg, PA Branch location. The successful candidate should possess the following:
1) The drive to do necessary business development by gathering information and getting involved in various local meetings and community events.
2) Have a thorough knowledge of all products, services, and procedures at NCFCU and the ability to cross sell our products and services.
3) Ability to interface at all levels of the organization and enjoys direct contact with our members.
4) Possesses a strong attention to detail while working accurately with numbers.
5) Ability to professionally communicate with members, co-workers, and external contacts by having strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
6) Provide quality member customer service and maintain strict member confidentiality in all matters.
7) Ability to work with a high level of independence.
8) Prior Teller / Management experience is required. Loan experience is preferred as well.
The primary functions of the position consist of the following:
1) Business development for the branch.
2) Provide quality member service in all aspects of the job description.
3) Perform all functions associated with the operation and security of the branch.
4) Adhere to NCFCU’s policies and procedures in all aspects of the branch.
5) Mentor, coach and manage the employees of the branch.
6) Involve yourself in the community of the branch for growth in loans, members and shares.
7) Cross sell NCFCU products and services to our members.
8) Perform Teller functions, maintain a Teller drawer, answer phones & member inquiries.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.52 - $26.13 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
