Your Role as a BCBA:
As a Field-Based BCBA at New Dawn ABA, you will have the opportunity to lead, inspire, and make a difference in the lives of children with autism. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting detailed behavioral assessments.
- Developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized behavior intervention plans.
- Supervising, training, and mentoring RBTs in home, school, and community settings.
- Collaborating with families and other service providers to ensure a wraparound approach.
- Upholding the highest ethical standards and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
- Active BCBA certification in good standing.
- At least 1 year of experience working as a BCBA (center or field-based experience preferred).
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Dedication to delivering ethical, high-quality services to children and families.
