Part-time Youth Empowerment Specialist
New Day, Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Part-time Youth Empowerment Specialist to join our team in Billings, MT. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a difference for youth in need by providing support, guidance, and mentorship. We are currently hiring for the 7:30 am - 3:30 pm shift on weekends and 11:30 pm - 7:30 am shift on various days. We have both full-time and part-time positions available at this time. If we start someone part-time our intention is to move them to full-time as the schedule allows.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and support youth during weekend day shift
- Provide guidance and mentorship to young individuals
- Facilitate group activities and discussions
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all youth in the program
- Participate in team meetings and trainings
- Prior experience working with at-risk youth
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain a positive and supportive attitude
- Passion for making a difference for youth
