Part-time Youth Empowerment Specialist
New Day, Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Part-time Youth Empowerment Specialist to join our team in Billings, MT. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a difference for youth in need by providing support, guidance, and mentorship. We are currently hiring for positions for the 7 : 30 am - 3 : 30 pm shift on weekends as well as during various overnight shifts. Our plan is to start someone part-time with the intention of moving them to full-time as the schedule allows.
Responsibilities :
- Supervise and support youth during weekend day shift and / or various overnight shifts
- Provide guidance and mentorship to young individuals
- Facilitate group activities and discussions
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all youth in the program
- Participate in team meetings and trainings
