Part-time administrative assistant for a
Local Marketing and Advertising Agency.
Assistant will also be responsible for handling a variety of duties related to daily operations and client meetings.
The main duties include creating reports and sales presentations as well as reconciling media buys, generating pre-logs, and post-logs, and pulling website traffic reports.
Responsibilities :
- Assist in the preparation of campaign progress reports
- Pull data from analytics and generate reports
- Assist in creating sales presentations
- Assist with general bookkeeping tasks including creating invoices, bills, and inputting bank transactions into accounting software.
Qualifications :
Bookkeeping and graphic design skills are a plus.
