New Day My Way, LLC. is a small business with a mission to provide the highest quality of services. We are currently hiring for a Site Supervisor position.
The ideal candidate will have experience with working with individuals with disabilities and previous experience with supervising staff.
Responsibilities may include, but not be limited to:
You will be on call for the staff you supervise at your site.
- Following the ISP (individual Service Plan) for the individuals being served.
- Ensure that the individuals we serve are receiving quality services and are engaged with the community.
- Supervise Direct Support Professionals and make sure they are thoroughly trained and provide the best possible services.
- Monitor staffing hours to ensure appropriate services are provided and coverage is in place for all shifts.
- Maintaining Health and Safety of the individuals in your care while maintaining their living space.
- Providing direct care and support to individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. Our goal is to foster increased independence, choice and empowerment for our clients while assuring that their health and safety needs are being met at all times.
- Supervising, teaching and assisting individuals in all aspects of his/her life.
- Completing various household tasks including meal preparation and maintaining a clean and safe living environment.
- Providing personal care assistance which includes all ADL's.
- Bringing a smile to the faces of those you serve after an outing together like the Zoo!
Requirements
- One year experience supervising/managing direct care staff
- Displays strong communication skills and possess excellent decision-making and time-management skills.
- Valid High School Diploma or GED*
- Valid Driver’s License*
- No More than 6 points in last two yrs. on your Driver’s License*
- Valid vehicle insurance*
- Personal, reliable vehicle that you're willing and able to use to transport individuals served.
- Eligible to work in the US.
- Must be able to pass a Background Check
- Must pass the 7 Database Checks
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
