Job Title: Dialysis LPN
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dialysis LPN to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing patient care and technical support in our dialysis facilities. The Dialysis LPN will be responsible for setting up, monitoring and maintaining dialysis equipment and ensuring a clean and safe environment for our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Set up, maintain, and operate dialysis machines. Monitor and adjust fluid removal rate as per prescription. Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff. Document patient care and treatment accurately and completely Follow safety guidelines to protect patients and staff from infection and injury. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Valid Oklahoma LPN license. At least one year of experience in a dialysis center is preferred. Ability to communicate effectively with patients and medical staff Ability to work well in a team environment Must be able to work flexible hours.
