The Role: Asset Accounting Specialist (Money In)
As an Asset Accounting Specialist, you will be responsible for processing deposits, reviewing and managing client transactions, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transaction Processing: Accurately and efficiently process deposits, including checks, wires, and ACH transactions, into client accounts.
- Client Documentation Review: Examine client paperwork and documentation related to deposit transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Bank Record Analysis: Review bank records and reports to validate deposit transactions.
- Issue Resolution: Research and address inquiries related to the Money In team’s functions, assisting clients and internal teams as needed.
- Priority Handling: Monitor and process high-priority and escalated cases with urgency and accuracy.
- Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to NDTCO policies and procedures as well as IRS and regulatory guidelines.
- Client Experience: Provide excellent customer service by supporting clients, team members, and leadership in improving workflow and ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Dependability: Exhibit reliable attendance, timeliness, and commitment to high-performance standards.
