Contract Elevated Pay Rate! Chronic Dialysis RN

Location :

Boston, MA

Responsibilities :

Deliver high-quality care to patients with chronic kidney disease undergoing dialysis treatment.

Perform patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and administer medications.

Operate dialysis equipment, ensuring proper setup, operation, and maintenance.

Educate patients and families about dialysis procedures, treatment plans, and home care.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.

Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards.

Skills :

Current RN license in Massachusetts.

BLS and ACLS certification.

Strong knowledge of dialysis procedures and equipment.

Excellent patient assessment and critical thinking skills.

Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) systems.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Previous experience in chronic dialysis preferred.
