About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects across various locations, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with our clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure that all project requirements are met and that all stakeholders are kept informed of project progress. As a Floating Supervisor, you will be expected to be flexible and adaptable, able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to travel extensively throughout portfolio (at least 2-3 times monthly)
- Strong Excel and Word Skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP certification Requested
- Experience in the construction industry
- Experience working with remote teams
