We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Roll Off and Hook Truck Driver to join our team on NIGHTs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating roll-off and hook trucks on site to transport paper waste. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, excellent driving skills, and the ability to work effectively in various environments. The Roll Off and Hook Truck Driver will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and efficient service delivery while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.

Roll Off and Hook Truck Driver - NIGHTS
Duties
- Operate roll-off and hook trucks to transport waste and materials onsite.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on vehicles to ensure safety and compliance.
- Load and unload materials using appropriate equipment, including forklifts.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, clients, and team members regarding schedules and service requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to transportation and waste management.
- Assist with basic mechanical maintenance as needed to keep vehicles in optimal condition.
Roll Off and Hook Truck Driver - NIGHTS
Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) is preferred.
- Ability to operator a forklift.
- Mechanical knowledge is preferred for troubleshooting minor vehicle issues.
- Proven experience in commercial driving with a strong safety record.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various weather conditions.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Willingness to work rotating 12 hour shifts, 5:30 pm to 6:00 am, 3 days on 4 days off, 4 days on 3 days off including weekends and holidays if scheduled on rotating nights.
