Director of Entrepreneurship Hub
Pay :
Starting at $90,000.00 / Annually; commensurate with experience

Position Summary
The Program Director will be knowledgeable in business consulting, training, and counseling for women entrepreneurs to help them to overcome challenges in starting, growing, and sustaining their businesses. Also, provide data analysis and intelligence which will help improve NEW ELABSC efficiency by identifying program areas that can be improved, processes strengthened, and communicate findings. As an ambassador for the organization, this person is also responsible for actively supporting the overall mission and vision of NEW.

Additionally, the ideal candidate should possess the following expertise, experience, and skills to successfully fulfill the duties and responsibilities outlined below :
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide oversight to Business Source Center services.
- Provide consulting and training services to existing and start-up businesses.
- Maintain responsibility for all program budgets.
- Prepare loan goals and Business Service goals for the program and manage performance.
- Provide training sessions for Business Services Staff on technical assistance topics.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Formulate, prepare, and schedule business workshops / webinars.
- Work in a team environment to plan and execute events during the year, to promote the small businesses.
- Update the website calendar on the programs workshops / webinars during that month.
- Familiar with business credit history, loans, cash flow, and balance. Provide information and process, if necessary, loans / grants available for clients. The Program Manager will provide financial tools to clients to use for their business accounting needs.
- Manage communication purposes and for the newsletter.
- Meeting and reporting to governmental agencies, grants, and other institutions based on program criteria.
- Prepare summary reports for senior management.
- Follow all NEW policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
