What are the responsibilities and job description for the Branch Manager position at New Edge Associates Inc?
Job Summary :
You will be responsible for the overall leadership and management of this Branch location. You will insure the branch effectively supports the organization's "brand" through its sales and service efforts while maintaining effective control over its operational aspects and exposure.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Ensure staff members adhere to established policies, procedures, and controls.
- Effectively establish and communicate the goals to staff members, gain commitment and establish plan of action for goal attainment.
- Adhere to general bank regulatory procedures including BSA / AML as it pertains to "know your customer".
- Provide coaching, recognition, motivation, and skill development to staff members on a consistent and daily basis.
- Conduct weekly sales meetings, rounds, daily brief and debrief sessions, and end-of week debrief summaries with staff members.
- Manage the Branch budget to meet branch revenue and expense objectives.
- Identify and visit potential business customers to establish the bank's credibility, gain a full understanding of their needs, and evaluate appropriate products and services to satisfy their needs and educate them on the benefits.
