The ideal candidate should be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Marketing or related field with an expected graduation date between Dec 2025-May 2027, have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently on multiple projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with design and creation of marketing collateral including, but not limited to social media posts, blogs, flyers, presentations, newsletters, sales materials, web content, and more
- Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of campaigns such as: email campaigns, landowner outreach campaigns, digital advertising, direct mail, market research, and more
- Assists with planning and execution of company events, such as industry conferences, career fairs, charity golf tournament, volunteering, DEIJ, team building activities, and more.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Marketing or related degree with an expected graduation date between Dec 2025-May 2027
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Computer skills, including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite Skills (i.e. Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint), Canva, or a similar design platform, Adobe Suite preferred but not required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work with a variety of people in changing situations
- Ability to work independently on multiple projects
- Candidates may be subject to assessment of skills, job match, or aptitude
DETAILS & DURATION OF INTERNSHIP:
- Rate of Pay: $ 20/per hour.
- Internship duration: Approximately June 2025 to August 2025
- This position will report regularly in person to Annapolis, MD office.
- Hours of work: 15-18 hrs. per week, subject to change
