New England Academy (Beverly Campus) is seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and skilled High School Science Teacher to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching science and a strong understanding of the diverse needs of students, particularly those with social and emotional challenges. Our science department currently has the ability to adapt to the interests, areas, and passions of the new faculty member.
We are seeking a highly organized, experienced professional candidate to serve in the role of high school science teacher for grades 10-12. The ideal candidate will have experience working with adolescents with social and/or emotional challenges, IEP writing and implementation, and participation in Team meetings. This position requires a commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive, and engaging classroom environment that supports the academic and emotional development of all students.
New England Academy is a private, special education therapeutic day school that specializes in trauma-informed supports for students with a variety of complex social/emotional disabilities ranging from grades 7-12. New England Academy offers students a supportive, non-behavioral learning environment that addresses their executive functioning and social emotional needs in the context of an academically rigorous curriculum in order to prepare for post secondary life.
