Assistant Clinical Director- Residential
Potential Assistant Clinical Director position in our Residential program. The Assistant Clinical Director is supervised by the Department Director. The Assistant Clinical Director is responsible for the development and supervision of all aspects of clinical programming for the Department . General Job Responsibilities :
In collaboration with department director and assistant educational director, establishes team and student goals related to the provision of state-of-the art programming to ensure therapeutic treatment and education.
Clinical responsibilities
- Ensure clinical systems are operating efficiently
- Collaborate with Assistant Educational Director to ensure coordination of clinical and educational programming
- Spends a significant amount of time each week working directly with students and team members on execution of clinical projects and staff training
- Demonstrate cultural responsiveness in clinical application and serves as a role model
- Participates in student planning and peer review meetings for all students
- Carries clinical on call phone
- Assure staff training and performance of CALM-P and CALM-V
Supervisory responsibilities include offering supports to clinicians and teachers on development of clinical protocols and systems, offers clinical trainings, and provide oversight of use of any restrictive procedures and their fading protocols.
Administrative responsibilities include implementation of NECC clinical policies and procedures, systems development and planning, and coordination of NECC Best Clinical Practices.
