Day Program, Monday–Friday schedule 8am-4pm
No weekends
5 weeks of paid time off (set weeks in February, April, July, August & December)

Combine your passion for teaching with hands-on training to empower individuals with autism.

Provide direct care and ABA instruction in academics, social skills, self-control, daily living, communication, and job skills—helping students gain independence and succeed in life.

Collaborate on developing an individualized education program to meet each student’s unique needs.

Work closely with parents and guardians to ensure consistency at school and at home.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree preferred
-
Proficiency in the application of the principles of ABA and supervisory experience are highly desirable.

Red Cross CPR certification (child, adult, and AED) or CPR completion with NECC training team

A valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle are required.

Exceptional communication skills, interpersonal skills, and proven leadership ability are a must for this position.
