What are the responsibilities and job description for the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)-Per Diem position at New England Center for Children Inc?
NECC currently has an opening for a per-diem BCBA Consultant to provide ABA-based training and consultation in public school settings with the resources and support from the NECC-central facility. Consultants work with the public schools, demonstrating how behavior-analytic interventions can result in lasting student progress. Clients will be located in the southwest VT regions.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree or PhD in Applied Behavior Analysis
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- State License in ABA (depending on location of position)
- Significant (supervised) clinical and educational experience and skills
- Experience designing and overseeing the delivery of applied behavior analytic services
- Experience in staff training and staff supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, motivated and flexible, and have skills and interest in working with people from a variety of disciplines (parents, teachers, professionals, paraprofessionals, administrators).
- Driver’s license or access to reliable transportation
Consulting Per-diem Pay Rate: $60-70/hour depending on experience
Training Per-diem Pay Rate: $30/hour *6 hours of training required prior to start date*
